Its hole position distribution allows direct compatibility with our Z-TSX-M1 linear translation stages and R-TSX-M rotary stages. The linear translation stage is fixed via four M6 countersunk holes, and a rotary stage can be mounted on top of it to form a stacked multi-axial motion control assembly.(2) The mounting surface is equipped with 4 M6 countersunk holes, 13 M6 threaded holes, 2 M4 threaded holes, and 10 M3 threaded holes, facilitating the installation of optical-mechanical components.
