The top cover is engraved with a beam splitter location diagram to indicate the optical path through the cube. (Emission ports are tilted 3° relative to the surface to reduce stray reflections.)(2) The cube includes one fluorescence filter insert set and a detachable base. Magnets in the base and insert enable repeatable positioning in cage systems. Separate cube insert sets are available, making it easy to quickly swap fluorescence filter sets or reflection angles in aligned setups.(3) The cube insert holds Ø2inch optics (excitation and emission filters) and a 50.8*72.0mm rectangular beam splitter (2mm ≤ thickness ≤ 3mm) at the center.
