The adapter is fabricated from heat-treated 303 stainless steel, which exhibits a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). Heat treatment eliminates internal stresses in the material, preventing thermal hysteresis effects. Therefore, we recommend using low-drift components from the same series during installation.(2) An M4 threaded hole is provided on the 45° installation inclined surface for securing the optical adjustment frame. The M6 threaded hole at the bottom allows fixation of the adapter to the connecting rod.
