DescriptionProduct DescriptionServes as a base plate for constructing experimental platforms.Breadboard dimensions: Length × Width × Thickness (unit: mm).Threaded holes: All boards feature M6 threaded holes with 25 mm spacing.Black anodized surface to greatly reduce light reflection.OHD-A series: M6 threaded hole array with M6 countersink holes.Suitable for building various optical experimental systems.Made of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy; multiple sizes available. These solid, non-magnetic aluminum breadboards provide a convenient, costeffective platform for prototyping optical setups, performing experiments, and mounting small systems. The black anodized surface minimizes reflection. A standard 25×25 mm M6 threaded hole array is provided, with a 12.5 mm edge margin. Threaded holes go through the entire board, allowing component mounting from any side for easy installation of optical elements, translation stages, and interferometric systems. The black anodized surface greatly reduces reflection, with a standard 25×25 mm threaded hole array and 12.5 mm edge margin. Threaded holes penetrate the full board thickness, enabling component mounting from any side to easily install optical elements, translation stages, and various interferometric systems. All OHDA series breadboards have 4 or 5 countersink holes offset from the M6 threaded array so they do not interfere with mounting surfaces. Four standard holes are at the corners, 12.5 mm from each edge. Larger breadboards include a fifth central countersink hole, which reduces stress on edge holes and increases rigidity for heavy loads. The breadboard can be elevated using Ø25 mm stainless steel posts, raising it above the working surface of an optical table or another breadboard. This setup simplifies handling and provides vibration isolation, leveling, and stability.Optional breadboard handles are available for easy lifting and transport. Each handle uses two mounting holes and attaches to the working surface with standard M6 cap screws. Two styles are offered: curved handle and flat handle.Multiple sizes and configurations are available, including standard versions without countersink holes and OHDA versions with countersink holes.AssemblyApplication Examples Engineering DrawingsOHB 3030-A Engineering DrawingOHB 3060-A Engineering DrawingOHB 3090-A Engineering DrawingOHB 4040-A Engineering DrawingOHB 4060-A Engineering DrawingOHB 4080-A Engineering DrawingOHB 5050-A Engineering DrawingOHB 6060-A Engineering DrawingOHB 6090-A Engineering Drawing
