Chicco Baby Moments Body Lotion 200ml For Soft Skin-chicco

The lotion is creamy and spreads easily. However it feels a bit sticky. The skin remains soft for many hours. Using it for my kids aged 8 and 3. Packaging :- it was sent in a bag. There was no seal on the cap due to which the lotion leaked tremendously. When I received the parcel, the bag felt damp and I could smell the fragrance of the lotion even before opening the package. I immediately called up chiccocarseat customer care and I was advised to click a picture and send it. A replacement was ordered however when I received the replacement, what I got was Chicco baby shampoo instead of lotion. At least care was taken to send the item in a box. Again I called up customer care and I was told they can’t replace the shampoo with a lotion however they can refund the money and I received the money in my bank account on the same day itself �� And since the lotion and shampoo are unreturnable items I got to keep those as well ��
