Description EXPEDITION FOOD PORRIDGE WITH STRAWBERRIES 800 KCAL High energy serving (800 kcal per meal) creamy porridge oats with sweet strawberries.  Ingredients: milk, cream (milk), porridge oats, sugar, freeze dried diced strawberry (3%).  Preparation: remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (480ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait a minute for the food to re-hydrate.  Remarks: cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.  Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.
