Specially engineered for microstepping, they enable smaller, smoother low-speed movement with significantly lower vibration and noise than DC servo motors.The main stage is supported by four recirculating ball carriages precisely mounted on linear guide rails. Recirculating ball bearing guide rails and precision trapezoidal lead screws ensure smooth and uniform feeding. Magnetoelectric inductive limit switches are adopted for high sensitivity and reliability.Drive Types: LMTS-D28: Dual-drive type with a manual feed knob on the stepper motor shaftLMTS-S28: Micro geared stepper motor with a 45:1 reduction gearbox, delivering higher thrust and more precise micro feed control, no manual feed function The stress-relieved aluminum alloy base ensures high stability. Standard pitch threaded holes on the stage surface facilitate connection with optomechanical components or stacking with other stages to guarantee orthogonality. Oeabt offers a variety of optional adapter plates for maximum mounting flexibility. APT-90 right-angle adapters and OPS-M406 series adapter plates can be used to build XY, XZ or XYZ multi-axis systems. Each stage is supplied with a base plate for fixation on optical platforms or breadboards.The Oeabt LMTS-DRIVER is an open/closed-loop controller specifically designed for motorized actuators and translation stages with stepper motors. It provides a simple manual and automatic control method for low-power stepper motors (supporting up to 18W at DC12V). The controller uses pulse signals with up to 32 subdivisions (6400 pps) for motor microstepping control, effectively suppressing motor vibration. Combined with trapezoidal and S-curve acceleration/deceleration control modes, and featuring an independently developed patented circuit, it can dynamically monitor motor working conditions and automatically adjust the output current. This ensures stable motor operation during start, stop and continuous running, with noise and heat generation kept to an extremely low level.The controller features a Chinese operation menu and a lever-type control handle for easy operation. With Oeabt’s mature C-module structure, it can be quickly integrated on OPM series power supply and USB communication bases or used independently. A USB communication interface is integrated for connection with computers.When multiple controllers are used, it is recommended to cascade with KCH-A series communication bus and power hub. Specifically designed for the operation of Oeabt series C-module controllers, it allows the C-modules to be installed close to all other mechanical components required for building automated optomechanical applications.
