When installed onto Nano X3 series flexure translation stages, it is fixed to the working surface via counterbores on the tabletop using M4 screws. Additionally, the tabletop is equipped with 2 M6 screw holes for fixing and installing various components, such as slide holders.The NPYR-130 tilt & rotation stage features a Ø134mm working tabletop with 360° continuous rotation. The angle scale on the outer edge of the rotation stage allows users to set the angular orientation, which can then be locked with the 2mm hex “Lock” screw. Locking the rotation axis does not hinder the adjustment of the pitch (ΘX) and tilt (ΘY) axes.
