Chicco KeyFit Max ClearTex Infant Car Seat and Base Rear-Facing-infant car seat

This is a great seat. Chicco is such a wonderful brand. Our first ever carseat was the Chicco KeyFit 30, and we loved it so much! We would still be using it had it not expired. When looking to get a new seat for another baby, we knew we wanted to stick with Chicco! I was going to get the same one we previously had, until I saw this upgraded version. Things I love about it and what make it worth the extra money (over the KeyFit 30, for example) is the rebound bar on the base and the fact that the material is free of flame retardants. This makes it safer for baby in multiple ways, which I love. It couldn’t be easier to install (or easier to clean, if needed!), and is just the best. Baby is comfortable and happy in the nice, cushy seat. It’s so important to keep babies/toddlers/kids rear facing for as long as possible, and this seat will allow you to get a year or more (unless your baby is a true whopper �� ) of rear facing use before switching to a convertible seat. I would recommend this seat to anyone I know who’s expecting!
