Therefore, the requirements for user signals are simple, with only frequency modulation characteristics needed.Technical Description(1) The integration of a Ø8mm precision ball screw and dual linear guide rails ensures outstanding motion smoothness, anti-torque capacity and positioning accuracy, with a repeat accuracy of ±5μm. It is recommended to be used with the OSMC-1U single-axis controller or O’motion series 4-axis controllers.(2) The stage features both motorized and manual operation modes, with a power-off position memory function that eliminates the need for re-zeroing after restart. In terms of system integration, the stage supports USB serial communication and adopts the standard ASCII O’motion command set, being compatible with multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, MacOS and Android, which offers users a convenient cross-platform development experience. A Windows version of the host computer control program sample and complete communication protocol documents are provided with the product to facilitate secondary development and system integration for users.(3) When used with the OSMC-1U motion controller, it supports a variety of motion modes including jog, creep and Hall stepless speed regulation control.
