MCSM2-D2 has external SM2 thread and internal M38×0.5 thread on one end, and a Ø2-inch male dovetail on the other, for easy mating between microscopy optical ports and threaded lens tubes.It can be used with the MCP-D2B microscopy port dovetail adapter plate for male-female dovetail port mating. The adapter plate features male/female dovetails and 60-mm-spaced cage rod holes, compatible with 60 mm cage systems.Relay tube lenses correct aberrations between the sample and objective and improve image quality. With external M38×0.5 and SM1 threads, they mount directly inside the MCSM2-D2 dovetail adapter.The MLES-3 tube sleeve has internal/external SM2 (2.035”-40) threads on both ends and an inner bore of Ø37 mm. (No internal lens; no magnification.) It positions the camera’s CCD chip at the image plane when used with trinocular or dual-camera ports.
